AI is never the goal — always the means. This page is our ethical commitment: what our AI does, what it will never do, and the promises we make to everyone who works with it.
Technology serves people — never the other way around. AI at Floow exists to take busywork out of learning and free time for what really matters: learning and connection. The moment a feature stops serving the person, it doesn't belong in the platform.
No hidden algorithms, no disguised automation: every AI-supported function in the platform is clearly marked as such. This is our promise — and it aligns with the transparency principle of the European AI Act (Article 50).
Whether someone passes an assessment, needs extra support or takes a next step — those calls belong to learners, coaches, educators and employers, never to a model. This is our promise — and it aligns with the human-oversight principle of the EU AI Act (Article 14).
We are working towards early signals for dropout risk, insight into competency gaps, adaptive learning pathways, AI-assisted competency assessment and workplace coaching — always with the same rule: AI advises, people decide.
Responsible AI starts with respectful data. How we build privacy into the platform from the first sketch — and what that means for your data — has its own page.
